JT partners with Lakeview Pantry to produce a virtual 50th anniversary celebration hosted at Wrigley Field

We were proud to partner with Lakeview Pantry, Chicago’s largest food pantry, to produce their 50th anniversary virtual event, Fighting Hunger, Feeding Hope at Wrigley Field on November 12 – hosted by Cubs broadcaster, Jim “JD” Deshaies.

No stranger to the Friendly Confines – we helped Lakeview Panty to open their satellite location at Wrigley during the peak of COVID-19 this spring – our team stepped up to the plate to serve as event producers. We coordinated with the Chicago Cubs and various vendors, developed the run of show and scripts, staffed a day of filming at Wrigley Field and managed all aspects of the event night-of. To help promote the event, we provided the Lakeview Pantry team with social media content and secured a feature piece in Block Club Chicago – with interviews from one of the Pantry’s founders, a client, a volunteer and Pantry leadership.

The event was a huge success, raising more than $250,000 – which translates to more than two million meals for Chicagoans facing food insecurity this winter.
