Our team steps in 6–8 weeks before your event to finalize logistics, manage vendors and build a detailed run of show. We’ll take it from there so you and your team can have peace of mind on the day of your event. JT’s Day-Of Event Planner will handle:
Site Logistics & Vendor Coordination Catering? Staging? Lighting? Valet? We’ve got it covered.
Day-of Staffing & Management. We’ll manage vendor arrivals, oversee set-up and breakdown and make sure your timeline stays on track.
Program Execution. We work closely with your program participants, AV team, and partners to ensure every moment is well-rehearsed and on cue.
